Cottage Berry Whip THM-Fuel Pull, sugar free, gf

This stuff is amazingly good…. it does not taste like cottage cheese! Please try it before discarding the idea! Plus it has the protein and the antioxidants your body needs! You can thank Pearl and Serene for the recipe!

Ingredients:

1 cup low fat cottage cheese

1 cup frozen berries

3-6 doonks THM stevia, or your favorite sweetener (erythritol, xylitol, monk fruit)

1 tsp vanilla

A pinch of mineral salt

Instructions:

Put all the ingredients in a high powered blender or food processor. (My Bosch blender has a hard time with it, unless I add milk.) I use my nutribullet. Add more sweetener if you want an ice cream substitute for your little guys! It is sooooooo refreshing!

You could use regular cottage cheese, which would make it an S for those following the Trim Healthy lifestyle.
