Hi,  my name is Sue, and we have six children…. YOUTH by now!  I grew up in the lovely tropics, mostly Costa Rica.   I was born in Belize, moved to Costa Rica when I was six, spent time in Nicaragua in mission work, and have friends in Guatemala and El Salvador.  I left the mission field to get married and have lived in Pensylvania ever since.

I have a bunch of recipes here for families.  The recipes are sugar free and nutritous!! and hopefully all delicious!!! 🙂
