Whipped Berry Chia Pudding THM-S, sugar free, gf

Chia seeds are an ancient super food. They are loaded with fiber, protein, omega 3….. and much more! They give strength and energy. They’re excellent for sports activities because they keep you hydrated longer. You can throw the seeds in your drink, salads, casseroles. You can make the pudding many different ways, but I love this version of berries and cream added!

Ingredients:

2 cups almond milk

1/2 cup chia seeds

1 tsp vanilla

1/4 tsp mineral salt

1 tsp super sweet

Sweetened whipped cream

Fresh berries

Instructions:

Mix the almond milk, chia seeds, vanilla, salt, and sweetener. Stir it often for the first few minutes, so it doesn’t clump up. Refrigerate for a few hours or overnight, then add fresh (or frozen) strawberries, raspberries, or blueberries and whipped cream. (I whipped my cream from my raw milk and added vanilla and a little sweetener.). Enjoy!!!!
