Burritos, THM, S
My 16 year old requested this for his lunch today….. it was so good!

Ingredients:
2 pounds ground beef
2 onions chopped
4 cloves minced garlic
2 tsp mineral salt
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp cumin
Additional optional toppings:
Shredded cheese
Cream cheese
Shredded lettuce
Chopped tomatoes
Chopped cucumbers
Chopped peppers
Ranch dressing
Wraps: Mission Carb tortillas or your favorite healthy wrap
Instructions
Fry the burger with onions and garlic. Add the seasonings. The toppings can be added into the burritos or served separately. Put the burger mixture into the wrap, fold up and leave in a nonstick skillet on low till it’s warmed up. If you put shredded cheese in, it will help ‘glue’ it together. I served the toppings separately cuz some of mine don’t like cooked peppers!
I love beans and add them too. This would bring it into carb territory, making it a crossover for those following the THM lifestyle.
