Sloppy Joes, THM, E
Ingredients:
2 lbs lean ground beef *
2 onions chopped
5 garlic cloves minced
1 cup ketchup (sugar free)
2 cups pizza sauce (sugar free)
1 tbsp blackstrap molasses
2 cups quick oats
1 tbsp honey
2 tsp mineral salt
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp mustard
2 tbsp THM Gentle Sweet or your favorite sweetener
Instructions:
Fry the burger, onions and garlic. Add the rest of the ingredients and simmer at least ten minutes . Serve on sourdough rolls with slices of cheese. Sooo good!
* To keep it a carb meal (E), for those separating fuels, have 96-99% lean ground beef and laughing cow cheese.

Yes, you could use the disappearing sourdough raisin buns recipe….just skip the raisins and the sweetener… enjoy!
