Haystacks THM, sugar free, gluten free – crossover

This is our number One family favorite! Our kids love it! They pile up their haystacks like crazy, and sometimes they compete as to who can make the prettiest plate. Then they’ll send pictures to their siblings in college to make them jealous! You can adjust ingredients, omit, add…to your family’s ‘gusto’.

Ingredients:

Brown rice (cooked)

Chili soup

Baked corn chips

Chopped lettuce

Chopped tomatoes

Shredded cheese

Chopped peppers

Sour cream

Salsa

French Dressing or Ranch dressing (optional)

Instructions:

Layer everything on your plate and enjoy! A great way to do brown rice is to cook it like pasta. Cook it in plenty of water for 45 minutes and then put it through a colander, then season it.
