Chocolate Syrup (Hershey’s copycat), THM, sugar free

My youngest two are doing a one month THM trial, to see if they can do it! They like the chocolate syrup to make chocolate milk, so they asked me to make a sugar free one…. Here goes!

Ingredients:

2 cups water

1 1/3 cup THM Gentle Sweet

1 cup cocoa

2 tsp vanilla

1/2 tsp salt

Instructions:

Bring the first three ingredients to a gentle simmer. Whisk it for a minute or so while simmering. Take off heat and add vanilla and salt.

It’s very simple to make and can be used for chocolate milk or to drizzle over ice cream or other desserts. 1 1/2 tablespoons is great for a 12 oz cup of milk.
