French Toast, THM, XO

We all like this for breakfast!!

Ingredients:

2 cups egg whites (or eggs)

1/2 cup heavy whipping cream

1 cup almond milk

1 tsp cinnamon

1/2 tsp mineral salt

8-10 Slices of sourdough or sprouted whole wheat bread

Instructions:

Mix it with an immersion blender. Dip slices of bread into the mixture, and fry immediately in a greased nonstick skillet, flipping halfway through.

Serve with maple syrup or honey or a sugar free syrup or my strawberry topping….or fresh fruit and whipped cream! It’s super good.
