Yogurt Parfaits, THM, XO

Lovely light breakfast …. add some protein and you’re good to go!

Ingredients:

1 quart yogurt

1 tsp vanilla

4 doonks of THM stevia (or your favorite sweetener)

Strawberry topping

A few tablespoons of granola– optional

Instructions:

I love to make my yogurt in my instant pot. Bring a gallon of raw milk to the yogurt-boil setting. When it’s ready, set the pot in a sink with ice water. Leave it there till it’s cooled to 110 degrees. Add 3-4 tbsp plain yogurt, and return it to the instant pot for another 12 or more hours. It sets very nicely. If you want Greek yogurt, set some in a fine colander, like a cheesecloth or coffee filter and have it drain into it in the fridge for several hours or overnight. It gets really thick!!

Take a quart of plain yogurt, add some vanilla and stevia. Mix well with a whisk. Layer in goblets with strawberry sauce. This strawberry topping has its own secret ingredient, for your health!! Top with granola, if desired.
